Dear Dr. Stellman,
I can only speak from personal experience but, we didn't just come
in contact with these agents by operating in areas that had been
sprayed.
On 2 JAN 69 , in Kien Giang provence RSVN, my patrol boat A-132-4
carried and dispensed several 55 gallon drums of Agent White along one
of the main canals out of Rach Gai city. I do not remember much beyond
the drums with the white code paint ring on them as my boat as mined
later that same day. I do have my boat's original log book and can send
a copy of the page with that day on it if you need it.
I hope this helps in some small way.
Sincerely Yours,
Karl XXXXXXXX Engineer of A-132-4
